Be advised that pursuant to Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who intentionally misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face legal consequences.

Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated or access to it restored within 10 to 14 business days following the receipt of the counter-notice, at our discretion.

In alignment with the DMCA and applicable regulations, we have established a policy for terminating, at our sole discretion, users who are identified as repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, restrict access to the Site and/or revoke the accounts of any users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether or not there have been repeat infringements.
